הוגש כתב אישום בשל הפרה לפי סעיף 9 לחוק וחזר תובע מאישום, כאמור בסעיף 93 לחוק סדר הדין הפלילי, רשאי הוא לפנות לועדה בבקשה להטיל על הנאשם עיצום כספי.
