13. עותקים מתעודות בדיקה
בעל רשיון המבדקה או הממונה על המבדקה ימלא בכל מקרה תעודת בדיקה וישמור עותק מכל תעודת בדיקה לפחות שלוש שנים מיום הוצאתה.
