288. העברת אסיר שנידון למות בבית הסוהר
תיקון: [1926], תשכ״ב, תשכ״ב־2, תשל״ג
מיד לאחר שנידון אסיר למוות יועבר מבית המשפט שבו נדון לבית הסוהר שיקבע הנציב; האחראי להעברת האסיר יכבול את ידיו בכבלים ואת רגליו בנחושתיים ויסתייע בהעברה במשמר של שוטרים או סוהרים, כפי שיורה הממונה על האסיר בבית המשפט, הכל כדי שיועבר בבטיחות.
