290. מאסר בודד
תיקון: [1926]
(1)אסירים שנידונו למיתה יבודדום במאסר בתאים מיוחדים, חוץ אם לא היו התאים מספיקים, שאז מותר יהיה לשים בתא אחד שני אסירים או יותר, שנידונו למיתה.
(2)בשום פנים אין לכלוא אסיר שנידון למיתה בתא אחד עם אסירים שענשם איננו ענש מיתה.
