297. בדיקת התליה
יום לפני המתתו יבדק המפקח ובא כח של מחלקת העבודות הצבוריות יפה את כלי התליה. הבדיקה תערך כדי לברר –
(א)שכלי התליה ודלת המלכדת הנם מתוקנים ועובדים יפה;
(ב)שהחבל שישתמשו בו הנהו במצב טוב, והבדיקה לצורך זה תעשה מתוך שיתלו בו שק חול שמשקלו הוא לפחות כמשקל האדם שיתלה.
