4. בחינה בכתב
הבחינה תהיה בכתב בשפה העברית או בכל שפה אחרת לפי שיקול דעתו של יושב ראש ועדת הבחינה. אולם רשאי יושב ראש ועדת הבחינה, בנסיבות מיוחדות, להתיר לנבחן, לפי בקשתו, להיבחן בחלק מן הבחינות או בכולן בעל פה.
