Section 7 of תקנות הרופאים הווטרינרים (בחינת רישוי), התשנ״א–1991, ועדת הבחינה.
7. ועדת הבחינה
(א)המנהל ימנה ועדת בחינה של 5 רופאים וטרינרים שהרכבה:
(1)שני נציגי המועצה המדעית, לפי המלצת יושב ראש המועצה המדעית;
(2)שני נציגי בית הספר לרפואה וטרינרית על שם קורט, לפי המלצת מנהלו;
(3)נציג מנהל השירותים הווטרינריים.
(ב)לכל חבר ימונה ממלא מקום.
(ג)המנהל ימנה יושב ראש לועדה מבין נציגי המועצה המדעית.
(ד)הועדה תקבע את סדרי עבודתה.
(ה)שלושה מבין חברי ועדת הבחינה יהוו קוורום להחלטותיה.
