23. חתימה על טופסי דרישה לניפוק
(א)ראש העיריה יקבע את הרשאים לחתום על טופסי דרישה לניפוק טובין ביחידות השונות בעיריה; רשימת הרשאים לחתום כאמור, ודוגמאות חתימותיהם יועברו למנהל רכש ואספקה.
(ב)טובין שבמלאי ינופקו לפי טופס דרישה שיישא מספר סידורי עוקב, חתום בידי מי שנקבע כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) ובידי הגזבר.
