30. רישום מצאי
(א)רשם המצאי ינהל רישום מרוכז של המצאי בעיריה על יחידותיה, בפנקס הטובין.
(ב)המצאי יסומן בסמל העיריה, בסימון שככל האפשר אינו ניתן למחיקה.
(ג)כל יחידה בעיריה, שבה קיים מצאי, תופיע ברישומי העיריה כיחידת רישום עצמאית, כפי שיורה רשם המצאי, ותצוין במספר זיהוי נפרד.
(ד)מנהל יחידה או עובד היחידה שמונה לכך בידו, ינהל את רישום המצאי באותה יחידה.
