4. איסור מחיקה
(א)כל הרישומים בטפסים המשמשים להסדר רכישות, ניהול מחסנים, רישום וניהול טובין לפי תקנות אלה ייעשו ללא מחיקות.
(ב)תיקון רישום, כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), לא ייעשה בדרך של מחיקה, אלא בדרך של כתיבת הנתון החדש בשורה חדשה בציון שם מבצע התיקון, תאריך ביצועו והשורה שאותה מתקנים.
