27. ביצוע ותקנות
(א)השרים ממונים על ביצוע חוק זה והם רשאים להתקין תקנות בכל עניין הנוגע לביצועו.
(ב)שר הבריאות רשאי לקבוע הוראות בדבר חובת דיווח של בתי החולים הציבוריים הכלליים למשרד הבריאות ולמשרד האוצר, בכל עניין הנוגע לעלויות מתן שירותי הבריאות.
