19. רישומים על גליון המבחן
לאחר קבלת גליון המבחן ירשום הנבחן, במקום המיועד לכך בגליון, את המספר שנקבע לו על ידי המפקח, את פרטי המכרז כפי שיורה לו המפקח ואת תאריך המבחן, ובלבד שלא ירשום על גליון המבחן כל דבר אחר העשוי לזהותו.
