30. הרכב ועדת הבוחנים
בחינה בעל פה תיערך על ידי שלושה בוחנים אשר ימונו על ידי מבקר המדינה מתוך רשימת הבוחנים שאושרה על ידי ועדת הכספים של הכנסת; יושב ראש ועדת הבוחנים יהיה מי שהוסמך לכך על ידי מבקר המדינה, חבר אחד יהיה עובד משרד מבקר המדינה וחבר אחד יהיה מי שאינו עובד המדינה.
