32. בוחנים־יועצים
מבקר המדינה רשאי להזמין לישיבות ועדת הבוחנים כבוחן־יועץ, בלי זכות דעה בהחלטה, פסיכולוג או אדם שלדעת מבקר המדינה מומחה בעבודה אותה יש לבצע במשרה הנדונה.
