36. תעודות וחוות דעת על המועמד
תיקון: תש״ל
מבקר המדינה יגיש לועדת הבוחנים תעודות ומסמכים אשר הומצאו לו על ידי המועמד, כאמור בסעיף 7 לכללי שירות המדינה (מינויים) (מכרזים) (משרד מבקר המדינה), תשכ״ב–1962, ושלדעתו הם נוגעים לענין, וכן ידווח מבקר המדינה לועדת הבוחנים על חוות דעת וממצאי בדיקה שקיבל לפי האמור בסעיף 29א, אם לדעתו יש לחוות דעת ולממצאים אלה משמעות לגבי בחירת המועמד.
