41. הרשות להתייצב לפני ועדת הבוחנים
בישיבת ועדת הבוחנים לא יהא נוכח שום אדם מלבד חברי הועדה, בוחן־יועץ, עובד משרד מבקר המדינה אשר מבקר המדינה מינה אותו כמזכיר ועדת הבוחנים, נבחן או נבחנים ומי שמבקר המדינה התיר את נוכחותו.
