6. יושב ראש הרשות
(א)יושב ראש הרשות יהיה עובד המדינה.
(ב)יושב ראש הרשות ישמש גם מנהל הרשות, ויהיה ממונה על ביצוע תפקידי הרשות לפי חוק זה.
