11. סכום המס ושעות הגודש
סכום המס יהיה כאמור בטור ד׳ שבתוספת השנייה, בהתאם לשעות הגודש כאמור בטור א׳ שלצידו, לכיוון הנסיעה כאמור בטור ב׳ שלצידו ולטבעת החיוב שגבולה נחצה כאמור בטור ג׳ שלצידו.
