20. הרכב ועדת היישום
(א)הוועדה תהיה בת ארבעה חברים, והם:
(1)הממונה על התקציבים במשרד האוצר, או עובד אגף התקציבים במשרד האוצר שהוא ימנה, והוא יהיה יושב הראש;
(2)המנהל הכללי של משרד התחבורה והבטיחות בדרכים או עובד המשרד שהוא ימנה;
(3)עובד רשות המסים שימנה מנהל רשות המסים;
(4)עובד הרשות הארצית לתחבורה ציבורית שבמשרד התחבורה והבטיחות בדרכים שימנה שר התחבורה.
(ב)נציג החברה הממונה ישמש משקיף בוועדה.
