26. התקשרות עם חייב
(א)חייב יהיה רשאי להתקשר בהסכם בכתב עם החברה הממונה שלפיו רשאית החברה לגבות את המס באמצעות חיוב אמצעי תשלום או הרשאה לחיוב, כהגדרתם בחוק שירותי תשלום, התשע״ט–2019.
(ב)אדם יהיה רשאי להתקשר בהסכם בכתב עם החברה הממונה שלפיו יישא בתשלום עבור בעל רכב, דרך קבע או עבור נסיעה מסוימת.
(ג)שר האוצר יקבע בתקנות הוראות לעניין סעיף זה.
