28. אישור רשות מקומית לחברה הממונה
רשות מקומית לא תתנה, במישרין או בעקיפין, מתן אישור הנדרש לחברה הממונה לשם ביצוע תפקידיה לפי חוק זה, בעניין שאינו נוגע במישרין לאישור האמור; שר התחבורה יהיה רשאי לקבוע הוראות לעניין קציבת התקופה למתן אישור כאמור.
