33. הודעת חיוב והמידע הבסיסי
(א)הודעת חיוב בדבר סכום החיוב במס בתקופת החיוב החודשית, תישלח לחייב, ויכול שתישלח באופן מקוון.
(ב)הודעת החיוב תכיל את מספר הפעמים שרכבו של החייב חצה כל טבעת חיוב, בשעות הגודש, לפי חלוקה של תאריכי החצייה וכיווני נסיעת רכבו בעת החצייה כאמור בסעיף 32(1) ו־(2) (בפרק זה – המידע הבסיסי).
(ג)המס ישולם בתוך 45 ימים מיום משלוח הודעת החיוב.
