8. מיקומי השערים
(א)שר האוצר, לאחר התייעצות עם שר התחבורה, יקבע, בצו, על גבי גבולות טבעות החיוב המסומנים בתוספת הראשונה, את המקומות שבהם יוצבו השערים.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א), שר האוצר, לאחר התייעצות עם שר התחבורה, רשאי, מטעמים תפעוליים בלבד, לקבוע מיקום שער בסטייה מגבול טבעת החיוב, ובלבד שמיקום השער לא ירחק מ־700 מטרים בקו אווירי מהנקודה הקרובה ביותר על תוואי טבעת החיוב שאת חצייתה הוא נועד לתעד.
