102. חוק מקורות אנרגיה – תחילה
(א)תחילתו של חוק מקורות אנרגיה כנוסחו בסימן זה ביום ה׳ באלול התשפ״ב (1 בספטמבר 2022).
(ב)שר האנרגיה, באישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, רשאי לדחות בצו את המועד האמור בסעיף קטן (א) בתקופה אחת שלא תעלה על תשעה חודשים, אם שוכנע כי לא הושלמה ההיערכות הנדרשת להפעלת הסמכויות ליישום הוראות חוק מקורות אנרגיה כנוסחו בחוק זה.
