33. הוראת מעבר לעניין מעונות יום לפעוטות
מי שהגיש ערב תחילתו של חוק זה בקשה לקבלת היתר לשימוש חורג לשם הפעלת מעון יום לפעוטות במבנה מגורים רשאי לבקש שיראו את בקשתו כבקשה לקבלת היתר להפעלת מעון לפי הוראות סעיף 151ב לחוק התכנון והבנייה, כנוסחו בחוק זה, אולם אין בכך כדי לגרוע מחובת המבקש להשלים את הנדרש כדי לקיים את הוראות הסעיף האמור.
