39. חובת מתן גישה למידע פיננסי
(א)מקור מידע ייתן לנותן שירות גישה למידע פיננסי על אודות לקוח, הנמצא ברשותו, בהתאם להרשאת הגישה שנתן הלקוח לפי סעיף 40, והכול באמצעות מערכת הממשק למידע פיננסי.
(ב)מקור מידע לא יתנה מתן גישה לפי סעיף קטן (א) בקיומו של הסכם בינו לבין נותן השירות.
