6. תנאים ברישיון
(א)ברישיון יפורט, בין השאר, סוג שירות המידע הפיננסי שרשאי בעל הרישיון לתת, ורשאית הרשות לקבוע ברישיון תנאים שיחולו על בעל הרישיון.
(ב)הרשות רשאית לשנות את התנאים שקבעה ברישיון כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), ובלבד שהודיעה לבעל הרישיון את נימוקיה ונתנה לו הזדמנות לטעון את טענותיו לפניה או לפני מי שהיא הסמיכה לכך מבין עובדיה, בדרך שהורתה.
