60. איסור גישה באמצעות פרטי הגישה של הלקוח
לא ייגש אדם, ובכלל זה נותן שירות, אל מידע פיננסי על אודות לקוח הנמצא ברשות מקור מידע לשם מתן שירות ללקוח הנוגע להתנהלותו הכלכלית, אם הגישה כאמור נעשית דרך עיסוק, באמצעות מערכת מקוונת ותוך שימוש בפרטי הגישה של הלקוח אל חשבונו שנועדו לאמת את זהותו בפני מקור המידע.
