70. ביצוע ותקנות
(א)השר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות לביצועו.
(ב)תקנות לפי חוק זה לעניין נותני שירות או מקורות מידע יכול שייקבעו דרך כלל או לסוגים של נותני שירות או מקורות מידע; נקבע בחוק כי תקנות כאמור יותקנו בהתייעצות עם מאסדר נותן השירות או מאסדר מקור המידע, תיעשה ההתייעצות עם מאסדר נותן השירות או מאסדר מקור המידע, הנוגע בדבר.
(ג)השר רשאי לקבוע אמצעי טכנולוגי שאינו רשת האינטרנט לעניין ההגדרה ”מקוון“.
