בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 2(ג)(3) לחוק רישוי עסקים, התשכ״ח–1968 (להלן – החוק), באישור ועדת הפנים והגנת הסביבה של הכנסת, אני מתקינה תקנות אלה:
לפי סעיף 57(1) לחוק התכנית הכלכלית (תיקוני חקיקה ליישום המדיניות הכלכלית לשנות התקציב 2021 ו־2022), התשפ״ב–2021, יראו תקנות אלו כאילו הותקנו לפי סעיף 10 לחוק.
1. הגדרה
בתקנות אלה, ”עסק“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 2(א) לחוק.
2. הודעת אזהרה
(א)אזהרה כאמור בסעיף 2(ג)(3) לחוק תוצג בהודעה במקום בולט לעין ומואר.
(ב)נוסח ההודעה, לרבות התמונה, הצבעים ושאר פרטי העיצוב, יהיו כמפורט בתוספת.
(ג)בהודעה יתקיימו כל אלה:
(1)מידות השלט יהיו 40 סנטימטרים (רוחב) × 50 סנטימטרים (אורך);
(2)השלט ייקבע בגובה שלא יפחת מ־1.90 מטר ולא יעלה על 2.20 מטרים מן הרצפה.
