2. תחולת התקנות לפי חוק הירושה
על בקשה לצו ירושה ולצו קיום צוואה בעניין נכסים של נספה השואה יחולו התקנות שהותקנו לפי חוק הירושה, בשינויים המחויבים, אם אין הוראה אחרת בתקנות אלה.
