11. הגבלות על השקעות של דירקטור
תיקון: תשע״ט
על דירקטור של חברה מנהלת של קופת גמל ענפית החבר בוועדת השקעות או בוועדת אשראי בחברה המנהלת יחולו ההוראות לפי סעיף 21 לחוק השקעות משותפות, בשינויים המחויבים, ואולם הן לא יחולו על קניה ומכירה של נייר ערך בבורסה מחוץ לישראל.
