3. תקפו של רשיון
תקפו של רשיון הוא עד 31 בדצמבר –
(1)של השנה שבה ניתן – אם ניתן בין 1 בינואר ו־30 ביוני;
(2)של השנה שלאחריה – אם ניתן בין 1 ביולי ו־31 בדצמבר.
