6. מסקנות בדיקה רפואית
קופת חולים תודיע למעביד על מסקנות בדיקה רפואית של עובד או מועמד רק לענין כשרו של העובד או המועמד, לפי הענין, לבצע את תפקידו במפעל בלי שהדבר יזיק לו או לאחרים מבחינה רפואית; פרטים אחרים של האבחנה הרפואית יימסרו למעביד רק אם לפי שיקול דעתו של הרופא יש צורך במסירתם.
