1. מי מוסמך לקבל הצהרת אמונים
עובד משרד מבקר המדינה שדרגתו אחת הדרגות שלהלן, מוסמך לקבל הצהרה לפי סעיף 34 לחוק מאת עובד אחר שבמשרד:
(1)דרגות ט״ז עד כ׳ של הדירוג האחיד;
(2)דרגות ג׳ עד א׳ של דירוג השירות המשפטי;
(3)דרגות ג׳ עד א׳++ של הדירוג המקצועי לעובדי ביקורת המדינה ושל דירוגי המהנדסים והאקדמאים למדעי החברה והרוח.
