3. חובת בחינות ומבחנים – משרות אחרות
(א)מועמד למשרה הפטורה מחובת המכרז שלא נזכרה בסעיפים 1 ו־2 חייב לעמוד בכפוף לסעיף 12 לכללים האמורים במבחנים כאמור בפרק הראשון והשלישי לכללים האמורים ובבחינות כאמור בפרק הרביעי לכללים האמורים, אם לא עמד בבחינה או במבחן בעת קבלתו לשירות או לאחר מכן.
(ב)הוראות סעיף קטן (א) לא יחולו על מועמד למשרה הפטורה מחובת המכרז לפי פסקאות (7) ו־(8) להודעה בדבר פטור ממכרז למשרה במשרד מבקר המדינה.
