19. איסור מיזוג חברות
לא יתמזגו חברות אלא אם כן ניתנה תחילה הודעת מיזוג ונתקבלה למיזוג הסכמת הממונה, ואם היתה הסכמתו מותנית – לפי התנאים שקבע, הכל לפי האמור בסימן זה.
