הממונה ידווח לוועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, לא יאוחר מיום 1 ביולי בכל שנה, במשך ארבע שנים החל משנת 2025, על יישום הוראות פרק זה ופעולות האכיפה שנעשו לפיו, ובכלל זה על מספר העיצומים הכספיים שהוטלו וסכומם.
