49. הגנה לעובדים ולמורשים
תהיה זו הגנה טובה לעובד או למורשה הנאשם בעבירה לפי חוק זה, אם יוכיח שפעל בשם מעבידו או בשם מרשו ובהתאם להוראותיו, וכי האמין בתום לב שאין במעשהו משום עבירה על חוק זה.
