כל הודעה שעל הממונה לפרסם לפי חוק זה בשני עיתונים יומיים, תפורסם לפחות בעיתון יומי אחד בעל תפוצה רחבה בשפה העברית, ובעתון יומי או עיתון המתפרסם מדי שבוע לפחות בעל תפוצה רחבה היוצא לאור בישראל בשפה הערבית, וכן תפורסם ההודעה גם באתר האינטרנט.
