8. שמיעת הממונה והתנגדויות
תיקון: תש״ס
(א)הממונה יוזמן להשמיע בפני בית הדין את עמדתו וטענותיו בענין הבקשה.
(ב)אדם העלול להיפגע מהסדר כובל, איגוד עסקי וכן ארגון צרכנים רשאים להגיש לבית הדין התנגדות מנומקת בכתב תוך שלושים ימים מיום פרסום ההודעה ברשומות לפי סעיף 7(ב).
