2. תחולה טריטוריאלית
תיקון: תשמ״ד, תשנ״ז
בחוזה ביטוח ייקבע כי הוא יחול, על אף כל תנאי המגביל את תחולתו הטריטוריאלית, גם בתחומי האזורים כמשמעותם בחוק יישום חוזה השלום בין מדינת ישראל לבין הממלכה הירדנית ההאשמית, התשנ״ה–1995.
