29. ביטול היתר
מנהל בית המטבחיים רשאי לסרב לתת היתר כניסה לבית מטבחיים, להתלותו או לבטלו אם מבקש ההיתר או המחזיק בו עשה אחד מאלה:
(1)לא מילא אחרי הוראה מהוראות תקנות אלה;
(2)הפריע לבאי בית המטבחיים בביצוע תפקידיהם;
(3)סירב לציית להוראות הרופא הוטרינרי בבית המטבחיים;
(4)נמצא נגוע במחלה מידבקת;
(5)גרם במזיד נזק לבית מטבחיים או לציודו.
