4. הפעלת בית מטבחיים
תיקון: תש״ף
(א)לא יפעיל אדם בית מטבחיים אלא לאחר שמנהל השירותים הוטרינריים בדק את מיתקניו ואישר בכתב כי בית המטבחיים נבנה במקום ובהתאם לתכניות ולמפרטים שאושרו על ידיו ולתנאי היתר ההקמה.
(ב)לא יינתן אישור לפי תקנת משנה (א) אלא לבית מטבחיים שמיושמת בו תכנית בטיחות מזון כהגדרתה בסעיף 177 לחוק הגנה על בריאות הציבור (מזון), התשע״ו–2015.
