7. תיקונים הדרושים
מצא מנהל השירותים הוטרינריים כי המבנים והמיתקנים בבית מטבחיים אינם מתאימים לשחיטת בהמות, יורה הוא לאחראי לבית המטבחיים לבצע, תוך מועד שיקבע על ידיו, התיקונים הדרושים לשם הפעלתו התקינה (להלן – התיקונים הדרושים), והאחראי לבית המטבחיים חייב לבצע התיקונים הדרושים.
