78. שחיטה דחופה
תיקון: תשמ״א
רשאי הרופא הוטרינרי לקצר תקופת ההחזקה שנקבעה בתקנה 34 אם:
(1)הבהמה לוותה בתעודה מאת רופא וטרינרי שטיפל בבהמה בנוסח שקבע מנהל השירותים הוטרינריים;
(2)הוא בדק את הבהמה ומצא כי לא תוכל, מטעמי בריאות, לעמוד בתקופת ההחזקה.
