13. מטבח
(א)בכל מעון יהיה מטבח ששטחו כמפורט להלן:

| 51–75 | 26 |
| 76–100 | 32 |
| 101–200 | 52 |
מעל 200 – 52 בתוספת 0.15 מ״ר מעל למאתיים הראשונים.
(ב)גובה המטבח לא יפחת מ־2.5 מטרים.
(ג)קירות המטבח יהיו מצופים עד לגובה 1.5 מטר בחומר המאפשר שטיפתם.
