4. סדר יום
(א)במעון ייקבע סדר יום לימי חול, לימי המנוחה השבועיים ולחגים שיבטיח זמנים סבירים לשינה, לאוכל, ללימודים, להכנת שיעורים ולפעולות נופש ותרבות.
(ב)במעון ייעשו סידורים מתאימים המאפשרים את הפעלתו בהתאם לסדר היום והוא יתנהל על פיו.
