נבחן שנרשם לבחינה ושילם את האגרה, ולא יכול לגשת לבחינה מסיבות אישיות שלא היו ידועות מראש, יציג למנהל אישור מתאים, והמנהל יחליט אם לקבוע לו מועד בחינה מיוחד.
