13. הכנסות
(א)הכנסה שהתקבלה משילוב תוכן פרסומי בתוכניות, יראו אותה כחלק מן ההכנסות לעניין סעיף 100 לחוק.
(ב)סעיף קטן (א) יחול גם אם הכנסה כאמור בו התקבלה על ידי מפיק תוכנית אשר אינו בעל הרישיון.
